Bai Ye Dancong

When prepared as specified, the tea corresponds pretty much exactly to the description.
I would describe him like this:
Caramel with some acidity and sweetness.
Long finish, sweet caramel.
In the two following infusions, the Dancong character emerges more clearly. I didn't notice any bitterness.
But difference is already caused by different water.
I like this tea!
