We press black (red ) tea traditionally by stone or by iron.
From small 10g tea cakes through the conventional sizes of 250g or 357g up to 5kg.
Pu-erh tea brick from 100g to 1kg.
Traditional tuo cha 100g or 250g.
Hand rolled and pressed 6g or 8g Dragon Balls - Long Zhu.

Spring 2nd harvest leaves of small tea trees from Yong De area in Mu Gua village neighboring with Mei Zi Qing. Without any artificial heat processing , but just simply sun dried, allowing to tea further taste development ( partial ageing ) . Fruity aroma with touch of sour notes typical for shai hong. Spring harvest of big & small wild tea trees growing near Myanmar borders in Dehong state. Processed by the small producer who is originally from Feng Qing so his sun dried Ye Sheng is up to very good standard. Typical sweet-sour fruity notes which will develop further with time because this one hasn't gone through any artificial heat processing ( roast ) .
Tea bushes of An Ji Bai Cha varietal planted in Dehong and mostly used for the famous green tea tips production for Zhejiang distributors. A small batch from the 1st. harvest made for us on special order. Fruity notes with touch of herbs, reminding purple varietal Zi Ya. Much sweeter than previous year we had from 2nd harvest.
