Gong Ting , 1st.grade and other grades down to the "huang pian" yellow leaves or non selected grade which is common for material from arbor tea trees. Harvest can be spring , summer and autumn. Available single origin or common blends from different areas like Menghai, Lincang, Puer etc. Various depths of fermentation and can be with specific taste notes....
The shu puerh pellets naturally pressed by the pile during fermenting. Generally divided on small ,medium and large size. Yet, the individual sizes are of course not uniformed. Could be sourced as single origin or blends ( fermented as mixed mao cha ) . Different taste profiles , some might carry smokey notes. Various years , pressing into the bricks only!
Shu pu-erh large leaf grade fermented in Pu Er ( Simao ). As typical for shu pu-erhs produced from the area , clean and medium fermented tea leafs release sweet taste and aroma. Large leaf doesn't release dark and thick shu so this tea is suitable for those who seek medium-light ( yet not like a huang pian. ) evening drinker.
