    • 1st, 2nd spring or autumn harvest from tea bushes "tai di cha "  Tableland tea,  from arbor tea trees "qiao mu"  or old tea trees " gu shu". Usually we select traditional processing for good ageing potential. Some loose leaf "mao cha" might have distinctive characteristics like smokey notes ( depending on processing which might relate to some areas )....
