Big leaves and some stems are part of this grade level and quality of fermentation is good enough to please the experienced shu puerh tea drinker. Not much...

However it's taste is clean even with longer / darker infusions , so do not hesitate and experiment with that , if you are not afraid of bitter touch od dark chocolate. Sweet fruity notes might be experienced in...

Sweet tea liquor of medium - light fermented leafs and buds , as typical for Yongde shu , releases also slightly bitter&sweet aftertaste in harder steepings , where the original walnut notes exponentially increase.
