Sheng Puerh
Vintage sheng from Lincang tea company where was stored for few years and then brought to Kunming. Wet notes in medium pressed arbor tea leafs are very comfortable and make the overall tea soup body well balanced. Good quality tea material gives nice "hui gan" after few infusions, sweet mouthfeel with slight smokey notes is in present as well which makes a good choice for semi-dry pu-erh drinkers.

Tea material is from spring harvest 2006 with substantial amount of "ma ti" giving you a proof of arbor tea material presence, is pressed in January 2008.
Due to the long time storage , some cakes edges might be chipped off but tea is still inside of wrapper.
Unique aged sheng experience.
Has a distinct smokey aroma, which reminded me at first on the smell of mumio/shilajit. But this smoke is more gentle and subtle. Doesn't similar at all with usual smokey aromas from the big factories. From below of this smoke aroma, a beautiful dried plummy fruity character appears. Mellow and smooth taste. Slight bitter but more sweet aftertaste, with good shengjing.
