Jianshui tea pot fired in kiln traditionally on wood. The outer surface is not polished so some areas have a coarse character, which author has left like that ( not polishing it ) as for the authentic impression of wood fired pottery. The cracked clay pattern is fully handmade.

The crack feature / pattern has melted together on the right backside of the teapot ( see photos ) . Although this is a minor esthetic flaw , which in wood fired pottery is usually within a tolerance , yet we offer small discount because of that.
