*Best* Tea for Those New to Purple Tea

Do you, personally, love the tangy, twangy, herbal "funk" of purple variety teas? Every time you try introducing friends & family to the joy that is purple tea, do they make a face that says, "I'm trying to keep a neutral, polite face because I know that you're excited to share this with me, but I don't actually like this" ?

Well, worry no more, fans of purple teas! This tea is the solution you've been looking for! This delightful tea definitely has the purple zing, but it's very mellow and gentle. It would be an excellent introduction tea for those that have never tried purple tea before.

As my tea sampling buddy said, "This is a Kool-aid tea. It's kind of punchy, but if ever there was a Kool-aid of tea, it would be this." I don't fully understand this statement, but a lot of our tea descriptions don't make much sense until you actually drink the tea, haha.

On to my "proper" tea review.
This is a very lovely tea. It definitely has the twang of purple tea, which I love, but it is very nicely mellowed out. It has the distinctive citrus-lemon flavors of tea grown on Da Xue Shan ("Big Snow Mountain") as well as the purple flavor. I'm a sucker for that citrus-lemon fruity taste of tea from Da Xue, and this is no exception. If the tea tastes this good its first year, then I imagine the taste as it ages will be incredible.

I can safely say this a fantastic tea to drink in the summer. It is fruity, full-bodied, & very nice. I have yet to try it iced simply because I enjoy drinking it gong fu style so much.

I highly recommend this tea to everybody, especially those who have been scared of purple tea.

Ridiculously good no matter how it's brewed. The fruitiness has an amazing sweetness, with a nice tang in there. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
