Spring 2nd harvest leaves of small tea trees from Yong De area in Mu Gua village neighboring with Mei Zi Qing. Without any artificial heat processing , but just simply sun dried, allowing to tea further taste development ( partial ageing ) . Fruity aroma with touch of sour notes typical for shai hong. Some "ma ti" ( woody stems ) are in presence as common for Qiao Mu.
