Hua Xiang Qi Nan - Medium roasted tea leafs give fruity scent with touch of dry wood which is also experienced during the first infusions in taste texture. Strawberry, peaches and watermelon would be probably the main characteristics of the overall flavor profile. Very good first 7-9 infusions after which tea soup slowly loosing its power.
Nan Yun Shui Xiang - Dark roasted tea leafs reminding the classic Da Hong Pao in initial scent from the hot gaiwan. Woody and nutty texture balanced nicely with side tongue sweetness during the few infusions along with hint of chocolate. After 5th infusion tea liquor is loosing the richness and color but sweetness still lasting longer in tail for few more brewings.
Bai Ri Xiang - Chocolate with cocoa scent and so the taste. Very simple in flavor profile without any other complexity. There is no any noticeable sweetness railing your tongue but overall sweet mouth feel after few cups will slowly emerge.
Guo Xiang Rou Gui - Medium-dark roasted tea leafs , balanced bitter-sweet tea liquor leaves nice warm body feeling and gentle sweet mouthfeel. Pleasant daily drinker for decent price.
