"Ya Ye" Tip & Leaf - is the grade of this autumn harvest from the tea plantations located on mountain Ku Zhu Shan. Traditionally processed sun dried black tea "shai hong" from bushes of varietal "Pu Jing Yi Hao", which is used generally for white the tea. Fruity with touch of honey notes in the cup. Although this is a black tea, we recommend use lower temperatures because lots of tips involved.
