Shu pu-erh grade 5 fermented in Pu Er ( Simao ). As typical for shu pu-erhs produced from the area , clean and medium fermented small tea leafs has apart of the traditional touch of walnuts also medium heavy earthy , dark coffee like notes. It is often used for blending with higher grades like grade 1 or Gong Ting for pressing final products like shu puerh tea cake or bricks.
