Shu pu-erh grade 1 fermented in Pu Er ( Simao ). As typical for shu pu-erhs produced from the area , clean and medium fermented small tea leafs from the top of the bushes release walnutty aroma. Compare to Gong Ting , this one has some woody notes which are more noticeable in lighter infusions. Very forgiving shu which can handle barbarous brewing and can behave in any weather. Sweet walnut.
