Medium fermentation of tea leafs from Puer area naturally compounded during the processing into the small pellets. Very clean and sweet tea soup not as deep rich as 'gong ting' teas but still thick enough to please you during many infusions. Light hint of dark chocolate in combination of walnuts which is specific for this type of tea. Another masterpiece from master Xie kitchen.
