2007 Pu Er Shu Pu-erh - Gong Ting

Shu puerh from Simao ( Pu'er ) tea factory where it was stored till 2022. This gong ting grade has noticeable basement notes almost resembling the taste of liu bao, as the climate conditions in Simao are different from Kunming ( higher humidity and heat ) during the year. With lighter infusions the actual sweet notes can be more appropriated.
