Shu Puerh
Medium fermentation, scent of walnuts , sweet thick and creamy. The best part starts after 4th infusion when dark chocolate notes are emerging and surprisingly for gong ting type shu pu-erh it also can hold quite few steepings. Clean fermentation without any excessive "dui wei" ,sweet caramel along the both sides of the tongue and woody notes can be experienced while exhaling trough the nose
