.
It will take at least 3 infusions to convince this medium fermented shu cake from Bulang mountain to start giving you the rich in flavor tea liquor which is clean already from the first round. You are not going to find any "tipsy" fancy Gong Ting material in there ( although still quite few in it ) but fermentation is done just right!

Like most of the time, Menghai Tian Di Ren holds their shu pu standard quality high and always prove that its possible to make outstanding tea even from the lower graded leafs.
The tea soup is sweet but not thick and heavy. Bigger leafs release "juice" slowly which makes tea session more controllable in matter of string of each infusion ( pic. left 4th / righ 5th. infusion ) . Its very nice drinker for those who like medium fermented teas.
