Very tasty cacao sweet shu cake
The cake is impressive. It smells and taste like rousted cacao sweets. Very good cake for the price.
Negative part: the shu likes very short stepping. If brewing was too long the infusion would become oily and bad. So do not forget timing and enjoy the sweet cacao like shu cake.
Fantastic shou for the money
This is a very good shou for the money. Price/performance is excellent. Notes of dark chocolate and walnuts. Hints of coffee and cardamom. Sweet and with a pleasant bitterness, very smooth and easy on the stomach. Very little fermentation flavor for such a young tea.
