Sheng Puerh
Wild sweetness of "ye sheng" pu-erh with very light sour notes and the back of the tongue are appearing after 3rd cup and touch of dry wood. Da Xue Shan wild tea tree variety leafs medium pressed with "ye sheng ya bao" and stored in Yong De tea factory until spring 2018 when moved to Kunming. We have bought last 2 tongs of this well balanced and clean stored ( not too dry or wet ) sheng pu-erh.

If you don't like too much sweetness , go harder on steepings in order to get balanced bitter-sweet tea liqour.
The overall taste reminds 2006 Da Xue Shan from Mengku Rongshi tea company, just this one is more vivid in fruity notes level. We have also tried 2007 and 2006 years of this tea , both were very smokey due to the old style of processing and all sweetness was just diminished / covered by heavy smoke layer.
Except of mentioned "ya bao" you can also find "cha hua" tea flower or "cha guo" tea fruit pressed into this cake.
