Sheng Puerh
"Bai Cha Shu" White Tea tree is locally called this varietal. It's only one tree growing on slope of the tea garden. Approx 7g hand pressed balls are purely made of the 760g of sheng puerh maocha from this tree so it's a genuine "Dan Zhu" - single tree. It takes around 3-4 steepings to start long zhu opening the leaves and so the taste which is overall oolongy sweet with very low astringency.

In the past we used to blend this mao cha with the rest of the trees from this garden because of low amounts and mild taste ( for orthodox puerh drinkers it may appear too dull as Dan Zhu usually is ) . however we have found this specific taste unique enough to press it separately.
