....as even as we could , you still will experience some variables in taste profile within the single cake. If you are looking for very uniform taste profile , this tea is not for you!

It is 2020 spring harvest from various arbor tea trees of very different age , so apart of the sweetnes of "sheng jing" and after teaste "hui gan" , you will naturally experience some astringancy during the steeping. The fruity front taste is already noticeable in some infusions.
