Sheng Puerh
The spring tea material from small arbor tea trees growing in Mengku area where fresh leafs were initially processed and medium pressed by stone into the traditional 357g size cake. Very clean tea soup, full in mouth, slightly bitter but no astringency at all. Sweet fruity notes at the beginning and gentle "hui gan" sweetness really takes its time.
