Old yellow leaves from arbor tea trees growing on Lao Wu Shan mountain. Sweet tea liqour with vegetal and floral and notes of green apple skin which can be gained with extending a steeping time. The old yellow tea leafs can be brewed in gaiwan , teapot or even being boiled in cattle as tea farmers do. These huang pian are missing typical smokey notes which makes and more fruity-flowery notes.

"Huang Pian" yellow leafs which are mostly being selected out from the "mao cha" in order to get higher grade of tea. Those leafs are not wasted but used as daily drinker of tea farmers. If you happen to have lunch in some tea farm, it's common to serve tea from those leafs as a drink during your meal.
