The old yellow tea leafs can be brewed in gaiwan , teapot or even being boiled in cattle as tea farmers do. Increasing amount of tea leafs, longer time of each infusion the bitter notes will emerge along with honey caramel sweetness

"Huang Pian" yellow leafs which are mostly being selected out from the "mao cha" in order to get higher grade of tea. Those leafs are not wasted but used as daily drinker of tea farmers. If you happen to have lunch in some tea farm, it's common to serve tea from those leafs as a drink during your meal.
