Spring harvest from arbor tea trees planted in forest of Kunzhu mountain. Medium pressed cake. Intensive flowery aroma comes from brewed leaves which stays also as a taste in your cup for many steepings. With hard stepping some astringency will occur but in general tea liqour is rather smooth and gentle. Further taste development is expected as you can refer to last year's version for comparing.

The actual tea garden is located at the edge of the forest on the southern slope of Kuzhu mountain, which guarantees to the tea trees have enough sun light , yet not overhelaming burn.

To bring fresh tea leaves to the farmer's home for the processing doesn't take longer than 30 min on foot , which guarantees that tea laves not fermenting in the basket too long which has major impact on the tea taste after. For the withering fresh leaves have to be spread out over large area in order to prevent heat going up inside , as that happens in the basket during the transfer.
