Shu Puerh
Dark fermented leaves from small arbor tea trees hand pressed into the "long zhu" , which takes couple of infusions to open up and give out very dark tea soup of the wet wood ( but not musty ) with gentle "nuo mi" ( but not strong as actual nuomi puer is ) notes. It's that natural caramel-ish sweet nuo mi touch you get from deep fermented shu which you can also smell from the brewed leaves.

In certain steps you might also experience some slight smokey notes but , in our opinion, it wouldn't classify for Smokey Shu Puerh tag ( category ) . We recommend to split the ball and brew just half for 100-120ml to obtain not too strong shu ( unless you are looking for they soy suace black tea ) .
