      Feng Huang mountain  , famous for Dan Cong -  Single Trunk  - refers to the fact that the tea leafs in each batch  
      come from a single tree ( not mixed up with other trees) .
      growing on Phoenix Mountains, where are the most old growing trees located.
      It is a home to several tea varietals specific to the region.
