The April harvest of middle leafs arbor tea trees growing behind the Mao Xi Keng village located in around 800 m alt. on Wuyi mountain where it was also processed and packed into the 8g air tight pouches in order to keep the tea flavor and aroma. Light fermentation with medium-light roasting preserves in processed tea leafs original flavor which is normally covered by roasting / smokey notes with cheaper Da Hong Pao teas.
