Winter harvest from small arbor tea trees mixed up with wild growing ones growing around the area. The wild tea leafs are less thick and durable then farmed ones so fragile during the processing. We try to select out the broken pieces to make a tea more uniformed, but need to say that "ye sheng" sweet taste can be experienced within many infusions and well balanced with gentle front bitterness.
