Pu-erh tea or Pu'er is a variety of fermented tea produced in Yunnan province,China,
and named after Pu'er City.The Pu-ehr tea is know for its unique method
of post processing like natural microbial fermentation and oxidation of the tea leaves. Yunnan sheng pu-erh tea from Counties: Bao Shan, De Hong, Lin Cang, Pu'er ( Simao ) and Xi Shuang Ban Na.

Spring harvest from around 150 years old arbor tea trees growing around the Bang Wai village. Flowery scent and bitter-sweet tea liquor will "pinching" the sides of your tongue, decent "hui gan". Very nice spring white tea we have grabbed few kilos from one tea farm on the way from Mang Fei. Tea leafs picked from wild tea trees growing at Da Xue Shan ( Big Snow Mountain ) area have bit different taste from our regular Yue Guag Bai. This tea is sort of more fruity and has a bit touch of wild taste, revealing it's origin.
No any fancy packaging but decent material pressed into the 2x250 (240)g bricks consisting mainly "huang pian" - yellow leafs from Big Snow Mountain area. Sweet from beginning with honey notes and very slight touch of smokiness which dissapears after 2-3 infusion. Very good daily drinker for huang pian lovers.
