Traditional concept of Liu Bao tea without post-fermentation process before stuffing into the bamboo basket for further ageing in the basement storage. High grade ( no big stems and old levaes ) spring harvest tea leave had gone through the longer withering time before the fixation ( kill green ) promoting the fruity notes which are very noticable in aroma of the brewed leaves and so in taste.

Please note that the tea leave has been stored in the high humidity place so have higher moisture content. We pack the tea into the air tight pouches for shipping so some white flakes might occur. Locals in Wuzhou are tolerant this type of mold , just wash the leaves twice before drink. Should you be intolerant to such a mold, please do not purchase this tea!
