Liuan Gua Pian is one of the traditional types green tea originally coming from Jinzai County in Anhui Province. This green tea is completely without the buds (tips) and stems, only top grade of small leafs rolled into the shape reminding the seed so it's also called "Melon seed"or "Sunflower seed" . After few sips the tea leaves pleasant bittersweet sensation in the mouth.
