.
"Que She" - Sparrow’s Tongue , is the name given by the producer in order to distinguish this grade from the premium one. Name comes from the shape of the tea leafs from the 1st. spring harvest of Anhui tea plantations plucked in ratio 1 tip and 1 or 2 leafs .This is a top grade of it's category we have fond so far. Sweet and soft with fresh cut grass background can handle longer brewing times.

Forgot: 80˚C
I forgot to say, in my previous review, that my review is based on brewing at 80˚C. Greens are temperature finicky and become too weak when brewed colder than their optimum and bitter when brewed hotter. For this tea, 80˚C seems optimal.
A very good green
I reviewed another green some days ago, and it was (my) #1 so far. This has not beaten it, but it certainly deserves its 5 stars too.
