Handmade Qie Duan style teapot from Jianshui "Hong Ni" rich in iron red clay, therefore after fired on high temperature it turns to the iron-silver color. The outer surface is purposely not polished in order to keep an authentic impression of wood fired pottery. Jianshui tea pot fired in kiln traditionally on wood.
