Spring harvest of purple variety tea leafs and buds processed as black ( red ) tea. Low temperature drying and long time in order to simulate the Sun dried technique called Shai Hong and final short hit of high temperature to bring up the sweetness. Sweet and will get slightly bitter with harder infusions , yet very nice tea with typical purple variety notes in taste.
