Spring harvest of purple variety of bush tea leafs and buds processed as black ( red ) tea without high temperature roasting involved. Low temperature drying and long time in order to simulate the Sun dried technique called Shai Hong. It takes longer time to leafs release the taste which is bit different from conventional black teas. Typical mushroom notes with some spices and bitter end.
