.
Spring harvest from the tea plantations located around village called Bai Mu Qing , where fresh leaves were processed by local farmers. This traditionally sun dried black tea "shai hong" is made of the bushes ( varietal " Jin Pu Hao " ) used generally for white the tea. As common with Shai hong, couple years of ageing in proper storage helped to the tea develop a nice fruity taste.
